Refunds & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Funterventions! We hope you love our store and that our products and customer service exceed your expectations. Even though we do our best to serve you with a smile, occasionally complications occur, which we're ready to handle to the best of our ability. Here is our policy on returns and exchanges. We appreciate your patronage and hope you continue to enjoy shopping with us in the future.
Returns
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Thank you for understanding and agreeing to these terms before making your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including made to order items. Please take note before purchasing that many of our t-shirts, apparel, and novelty gifts are in fact made to order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can either print and include your e-mail receipt of purchase or hand write your order confirmation number onto a piece of paper and include it with your return. Additionally, you are welcome to e-mail paul@funterventions.org and copy/paste your order information to let us know that a return is on the way. We'll be sure to look out for it and process your refund or exchange in a timely manner.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email paul@funterventions.org with details and we will look into your refund immediately and take appropriate action to rectify the issue. Please be patient with us, as it sometimes takes time to research and obtain information from banks and merchant processors. Situations like this rarely arise, and we promise that if they do, we will work hard to resolve the issue for you quickly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please understand that we're a small business and don't have the budget to handle exchanges the same way a mega-store like Wal-Mart or Target does. We do, however, stand behind our products. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email to paul@funterventions.org and mail your item to: Funterventions P.O. Box 25014 Asheville North Carolina US 28813-0014.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you. Please provide your information to us when mailing your return back, otherwise we will send the store credit to the give giver.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
